With a background in hardware manufacturing and start-up launches, Ng, the CEO of Hearth Display also brought in her knowledge in childhood education."My experience as a preschool teacher allowed me to better understand children's needs and empathize with young kids, which was crucial to designing a product that's just as much meant for children as it is for parents," she shares.
Harrison, Head of Growth and Marketing explains, "While Hearth Display is all about streamlining family schedule, making housework more equitable for women and addressing The Mental Load, we're also focused on empowering kids to participate in the family organization as a means to develop lifelong skills like independence and decision making."
